TSH

TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone):
   - TSH is a hormone produced and released by the pituitary gland in the brain.
   - Its main function is to regulate the thyroid gland's activity. When the body's thyroid hormone levels are low, the pituitary gland secretes TSH to stimulate the thyroid to produce more thyroid hormones (T3 and T4).
   - Thyroid hormones play a crucial role in regulating metabolism, energy production, and maintaining overall body functions.
