Eukaryotic Cells (Definition)

i. Eukaryotic cells are the cells possessing well-defined nucleus and membrane bound organelles (like mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes, Golgi complex etc.). 

ii. Eukaryotes include protists, plants, animals and fungi.
